Welcome to Big Business Entrepreneurs. This is the company induction every new starter completes, whatever their role. It is built as self-study: work through it in order, at your own pace, over your first few days.

It covers who we are, how the business works, what we sell, the systems we use, our culture, and the rules everyone follows. Once you have completed it there is a short knowledge check to confirm the essentials have landed.

This is the company-wide part of your onboarding. If your role has its own training track (for example, a calling or sales role), you will be given that separately once you have completed this guide.
